Day 1 IZMIR - CAPPADOCIA
We meet at Adnan Menderes Airport at 04:30, and check in for our SunExpress flight IZMIR-KAYSERI which will take off at 06:15. We arrive at KAYSERI Airport at 07:45. (You can benefit from breakfast options at the airport or on the plane.) After placing our luggage in the vehicle waiting for us, we start our journey to IHLARA VALLEY, which is among the must-see places on the Cappadocia tour, one of the largest canyons in the world. We explore the IHLARA VALLEY, which has 105 churches and the Melendiz River flowing through it, allowing you to experience nature and history intertwined, giving a unique excitement due to the residents still living there. After visiting the AGACALTI CHURCH and receiving information from our guide, we take walks along the riverbed formed by the MELENDIZ RIVER. We have our lunch by the Güzler River accompanied by the cool breeze of the flowing water in the BELISIRMA village, where Greeks and Turks lived together in history. You will be amazed by the relaxing nature of the valley under the shade of the trees and the sound of birds... After sipping our tea in this unforgettable beauty of the valley, we head towards KAYMAKLI UNDERGROUND CITY. Kaymaklı Underground City is constructed 7 levels below ground and 15% of it is open to visit. We enter this underground city through narrow corridors, exploring social living areas such as churches, chapels, wine houses, and food storage rooms, listening to our guide's explanations. After this fascinating environment, we stop by the ONYX WORKSHOPS. You will witness how the valuable onyx stone extracted in the Cappadocia region is shaped by master artisans. In these workshops, where stones brought from various parts of the world are also worked into valuable jewelry, our guests have the opportunity to shop if they wish. In the evening, we check into our hotel. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.

Day 2 GIFT! HOT AIR BALLOON WATCHING TOUR - BALLOON TOUR - CAPPADOCIA
Before breakfast, we invite our BellimaTur guests on a special GIFT HOT AIR BALLOON WATCHING TOUR. (Guests wishing can participate in an additional hot air balloon tour before breakfast.) After completing our hot air balloon tours, we have our breakfast at the hotel and then depart for Göreme Open Air Museum. The museum complex located in the town of Göreme in Nevşehir was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1985 and played a significant role in the rapid rise of this region's tourist importance. This complex, which hosted monastic life from the 4th to the 13th century AD, includes important structures from the Byzantine Empire such as St. Basil Chapel, Elmalı Church, Yılanlı Church, St. Barbara Chapel, Dark Church, Çarıklı Church, which we explore with our guide's narration. Afterwards, we will see decorative products and jewelry made from the region's famous onyx and sultanit stones at the onyx workshop we will visit. The lifestyle of Cappadocia, based on stones, manifests itself in every aspect of life, from jewelry to architecture, in the region. Next, we ascend to the viewpoint known as Manzara Tepesi or "Under the Tree" where we take a break to photograph the fairy chimneys, canyons, and rock-hewn structures of the fairytale-like Cappadocia. After our lunch break, we head to the 3 Beauties, consisting of two large and one small fairy chimneys along the Ürgüp road, recognizing these iconic formations of Cappadocia and learning about their legend from our guide, enjoying a photo break afterwards. Then we continue to Nevşehir’s Ürgüp district. Our first stop will be the historic mansion of Asmalı Konak, where the TV series of the same name was filmed, and thus we will have seen a traditional Cappadocia house constructed using characteristic stone materials. Next, we visit the Turasan Winery, where we will have the chance to taste and buy the delicious wines produced from exquisite grapes grown in fertile volcanic soil, where viticulture has been ongoing since the Hittites. We complete our day and have dinner and accommodation at our hotel. (After dinner, guests wishing can participate in Cappadocia's famous Turkish Night.)

Day 3 CAPPADOCIA - KAYSERI - IZMIR
After having a buffet breakfast at our hotel, we check out. The first place we will visit is DEVRENT VALLEY, also known as the VALLEY OF DREAMS, where you can see whatever you imagine and enjoy the tour happily, leaving with great memories. We head to Avanos, which the Hittites named Venessa, located by the ancient Kızılırmak River. We will watch an entertaining demonstration about the ancient art of pottery at the pottery workshop we will visit and witness the transformation of reddish clay obtained from the Kızılırmak into magnificent artwork by skilled artisans while having the chance to shop. We continue our journey towards HACI BEKTAŞ. We visit the Tomb and Complex of the famous Turkish and Islamic thinker HACI BEKTAŞ-I VELI, seeing the Üçler Fountain, Nadar Courtyard, Lion Fountain, Kitchen, Square House, Guest House, and Balım Sultan Tomb. Then we begin our Kayseri city tour. In a city adorned with historical structures from the Seljuk period, we see the massive Kayseri Castle, the Hunat Hatun Complex, which was built by Seljuk Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad's wife Mahperi Hatun, and the elegant Osmanlı era Clock Tower. We enjoy our lunch break, tasting the city's famous Kayseri manti and after tasting this flavor, the saying "Forty dumplings in one birch spoon" comes to mind, then we take a shopping break at the Pastırmacılar Market. After the Kayseri city tour, we head to Kayseri Airport and begin our return journey to Izmir with the comfort of a direct flight.
