1- Participants are dropped off at the point where they board the vehicle. Also, no stops/passenger drop-offs are made at different points. The starting and ending times of our tours may not coincide with public transportation schedules. We recommend that you plan accordingly. The times stated on the site are for information purposes only, and the exact meeting time and location will be sent to you via SMS or Whatsapp by the guide before the tour. If you do not receive this information before the tour, please contact our office.
2- The right to make changes during the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances is reserved by our agency.
3- Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
4- Our vehicles are procured according to the number of participants. There will be no prior notification to the participants regarding the vehicle that will be used for the tour.
5- Tours or trips that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
6- If sufficient participants are not reached to carry out the tour, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that we inform at least 1 day in advance.
7- Child discounts apply for children under the age of 12, provided that they stay with 2 adults.
8- Extra tours can only take place with a minimum of 20 participants. If there are not 20 participants, they may not occur.
9- İzmir Travel Port reserves the right to change hotels, provided they meet the same standards.
10- İzmir Travel Port does not have the ability to determine which room you will stay in. The hotels determine the rooms.
11- In hotels, especially in triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A folding bed may be provided.
12- Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. It is mandatory to present the date of birth and T.C. identification number. Our agency is not responsible for verifying this information.
13- Our agency is not responsible for unfulfilled excursions even if stated in the tour program due to unforeseen reasons (weather, roads, density at visited sites, etc.) or if the guests do not adhere to the times set by the guide.
14- Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program as deemed necessary.
15- During busy periods like holidays, accommodations may be in different hotels than those specified on the site, and guests may be split into groups. On tours to the Black Sea, two separate hotels may be used based on the capacity of the highland facilities. Since buses may not be able to go up to the plateau, minibuses may be used. In this case, it is advisable to carry a small bag for your belongings. The costs for going up to the plateau are your responsibility, and our agency has no commercial connection with this.
16- Verbal statements made during discussions will not be considered. The details in the tour program and your requests via email will be taken as basis.
17- Participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted this information, which is also stated in the package tour contract, and that the consumer is responsible for following the updates on the website. The website and the package tour contract are inseparable parts.
18- During special and busy periods such as the summer season, religious and national holidays, accommodations may actually take place in surrounding provinces of the designated area.
19- Due to seasonal changes, road work, weather conditions, or dissatisfaction with hotel services before you receive our services, İzmir Travel Port may make changes to the content of the tour programs listed on its website. The latest published circular supersedes the previous one.
20- İzmir Travel Port acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny a visa as deemed necessary. İzmir Travel Port has no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa, the visa not arriving in time, or obtaining a single entry visa.
21- In the event that the consulate denies a visa, the visa, insurance, and tour fees paid will not be refunded.
22- Participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted these terms in accordance with the package tour regulations, and they are responsible for following the updates on the website. The website and package tour contract are inseparable parts.
