ADDITIONAL INFORMATION General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants will be dropped off at the point where they board the vehicle. Additionally, there will be no stopping/dropping off at different locations. The start and end times of our tours may not align with public transport schedules. We recommend planning accordingly. The times listed on the site are purely for informational purposes, and the exact meeting time and location will be sent to you via SMS before the tour. If this information does not arrive before the tour, please contact our office.
2-Our agency reserves the right to make changes due to weather, road conditions, or extraordinary circumstances.
3-Our agency cannot be held responsible for any items that are forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
4-Vehicles for our tours are provided according to the number of participants.
5-Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.
6-If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not reached, our agency has the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 2 days in advance.
7-Child discounts apply only to children under the age of 12, provided they are staying with 2 adults. 8-Izmir Port Travel reserves the right to make changes to hotels, provided they maintain the same standards.
9-Our agency cannot determine which room you will stay in. The hotels determine the rooms. 10-Please note that in 3-person rooms, the 3rd bed may not be a standard bed. An extra bed may be provided as a foldable bed.
11-Compulsory travel insurance is included in our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number must be presented. Our agency is not responsible for verifying this information.
12-Our agency is not responsible for tours that could not be conducted despite being included in the tour program due to unforeseeable reasons (such as weather, road conditions, or overcrowding at visited sites) or if guests do not comply with the times set by the guide.
13-Our guide reserves the right to make any changes to the program as deemed necessary.
14-During periods of high traffic such as holidays, accommodations may be made in different hotels from those listed on the site, and groups may be split due to congestion. Our agency cannot be held responsible for routes that could not be visited due to overcrowding.
15-Verbal statements made during discussions will not be considered binding. The details specified in the tour program and your requests made via email will be considered definitive.
16-Participants accept and acknowledge these terms as stated in the package tour contract, and it is the consumer's responsibility to follow updates on the website. The website and the package tour contract are inseparable parts.
17-Seasonal changes, road works, weather conditions, and dissatisfaction with accommodations from previous services may result in changes to the tour program and contents stated on the Izmir Port Travel website. The latest published circular supersedes the previous one.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You can postpone your tour date by informing us at least 5 business days in advance of the tour date. You can request a refund of the tour fee by informing us at least 7 business days in advance of the tour date. For flights and international tour programs, you can request a refund of the tour fee by informing us at least 30 business days in advance. Tour fee refunds will be made in the manner paid by the guest. In cases of credit card payments, commission fees will be deducted from the remaining amount to be refunded.
