Having comfortable shoes during your trip will make your walks more enjoyable. We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, flip-flops, and comfortable clothing. A hat and sunglasses will help protect you from the sun and make your tour more comfortable.
1- Participants will be dropped off at their boarding point. Additionally, no stops/drop-offs will be made at different points. The start and end times of our tours may not coincide with public transportation schedules. We recommend planning your arrangements accordingly. The times indicated on the site are for informational purposes only; the exact meeting time and location will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp before the tour. If this information does not arrive before the tour, please contact our office.
2- Our agency reserves the right to make changes to the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.
3- Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
4- Our vehicles are provided based on the number of participants. The participant will not be informed in advance about the vehicle that will be used for the tour.
5- Tours or trips that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
6- If the minimum number of participants is not reached to carry out the tour, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour provided at least one day's notice is given.
7- Child discounts are valid for children under 12 years old only if they are accompanied by 2 adults.
8- Optional tours can only take place with a minimum of 20 participants. If there are fewer than 20, they may not be conducted.
9- İzmir Travel Port reserves the right to change hotels provided that the same standards are maintained.
10- İzmir Travel Port has no ability to determine which room you will stay in. Rooms are assigned by the hotels where you will stay.
11- In hotels, especially in triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A folding bed may be provided.
12- Mandatory travel insurance is provided during our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number must be presented. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information.
13- Our agency is not liable for trips that could not be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road conditions, congestion at visited sites, etc.) or for guests not adhering to the times set by our guide, even if such activities are indicated in the tour program.
14- Our guide reserves the right to make any changes to the program when deemed necessary.
15- During busy periods such as holidays, accommodations may be made in hotels different from those specified on the site, and groups may be divided. In Black Sea tours, depending on the capacity of the plateau facilities, accommodation may occur in two separate hotels. As the bus may not be able to access the plateau, minibuses may be used for the ascent. In this case, it is recommended to carry a small bag for your belongings. The exit fees for the plateau are your responsibility; our agency has no commercial connection.
16- Oral statements made during discussions will not be considered. The details stated in the tour program and your requests made via email will be upheld.
17- Participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted this information as stated in the package tour contract, and consumers are responsible for following updates on the website. The website and the package tour contract are inseparable parts.
18- Accommodations may take place in surrounding provinces of the specified area during special and busy periods such as the summer season and religious and national holidays.
19- İzmir Travel Port may make changes to the tour program on its website due to seasonal changes, road works, weather conditions, or dissatisfaction with the hotel services rendered prior to your service. The most recently published circular supersedes the previous one.
20- İzmir Travel Port acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny visa applications as deemed necessary. Our agency is not responsible for a passenger's inability to obtain a visa, delays in visa issuance, or obtaining a single-entry visa.
21- If the consulate refuses to issue a visa, the fees paid for the visa, insurance, and tour will not be refunded.
