To Whom and for What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred Personal data may be transferred, provided that one of the conditions specified in Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Law is present, to Güler VIP’s group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, business partners, and authorized public institutions and organizations for the purposes limited to those specified in the fourth paragraph of this text, with the necessary security measures taken in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. In the absence of a condition specified in Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Law, the transfer of Personal Data is subject to the explicit consent of the Online Visitor.
Measures Taken for Data Security Güler VIP is required to take all necessary administrative and technical measures to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data and the unlawful access to personal data, to ensure the preservation of personal data and to ensure an adequate level of security. Additionally, to prevent attacks on our technological infrastructure, intrusion detection and prevention systems have been established, and regular risk analyses, data categorization, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests are conducted to ensure the security of the system. In order to carry out all these processes, software programs and support compliant with international standards are utilized due to the importance we give to your personal data.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law Güler VIP informs the data owner of their rights under Article 10 of the Law; guides them on how to use these rights, and implements necessary internal processes, administrative and technical arrangements for all of these. According to Article 11 of the Law, personal data owners have the right to: learn whether their personal data is processed, request information regarding their personal data if processed, learn the purpose of data processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, request the correction of their personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, request the deletion or destruction of their personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law, request notification of operations for correction and destruction of personal data to third parties to whom their personal data is transferred, object to the occurrence of a result against them by means of the exclusive analysis of processed data through automated systems, and request compensation for damages in case of being harmed due to the unlawful processing of their personal data.

Requests and applications related to the implementation of the Law can be made by filling in the Personal Data Owner Application Form and submitting it in person to “Ankara Cad., 284 Sk. No: 2/602 Kazımdirik Mahallesi, Bornova, IZMIR.” or sending it via Notary or electronically using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature. Requests and applications can also be sent to Güler VIP at “info@izmirporttravel.com” if there is an email address previously notified by the data owner and registered in Güler VIP's system.

In requests and applications, the following information is required: Name, surname and signature if written; Turkey Republic ID number for Turkish citizens, nationality, passport number, or ID number for foreigners if any; residential or workplace address for notifications, email address, phone, and fax number if available; subject of the request.

It is necessary to include information and documents regarding the subject with the application. Güler VIP will respond to the requests mentioned in the application free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged as per the tariff determined by the Board. Güler VIP may accept the request or reject it by explaining its reason and will notify the Relevant Person in writing or electronically. If the request is accepted, Güler VIP will fulfill it as soon as possible and inform the Relevant Person. If the request is due to an error on the part of Güler VIP, the amount paid will be refunded to the data owner. In case of refusal of the application, finding the response inadequate, or failure to respond to the application within a specified time, the data owner has the right to file a complaint with the Board within thirty days from the date they learned of the response or within sixty days from the date of application. By using the Website, the Online Visitor declares that they have read all the conditions stated in this information text and that they are informed about the processing of their personal data.
