There is no breakfast break.
Food entry to the boat is allowed. Drink entry is forbidden.
Single entry is not accepted. (Appointments made will be refunded if not approved)
Our agency is responsible for all tours specified in this program.
Seat numbering is arranged according to the order of registration.
If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 1 (one) day in advance. In case of tour cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded to the participant as it was paid.
Participants will be dropped off at the point where they board the vehicle. Additionally, no stops/passenger drop-offs will be made at different locations. Our agency reserves the right to make changes to tours due to weather, road conditions, or extraordinary circumstances.
Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
No tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities will be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. Date of birth and Turkish ID number must be presented. Our agency is not obligated to verify this information. Our agency is not responsible for tours that could not be carried out due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, crowding at visit sites, etc.) or for participants not adhering to the times specified by our guide, even if mentioned in the tour program.
Our guide reserves the right to make any changes to the program if deemed necessary.
