1- Participants are dropped off at the point where they board the vehicle. Additionally, no stops for drop-off/pick-up at different locations are made. The start and end times of our tours may not coincide with public transportation schedules. We recommend that you plan all your arrangements accordingly. The times stated on the site are for informational purposes only, and the exact meeting time and location will be sent to you via SMS or Whatsapp before the tour. If this information does not arrive before the tour, please contact our office.
2- Our agency reserves the right to make changes in tours due to weather, road conditions, and extraordinary circumstances.
3- Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
4- Our vehicles are provided according to the number of participants. Participants will not be informed in advance about the vehicle to be provided for the tour.
5- Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these tours or excursions.
6- If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 1 day in advance.
7- Child discounts are valid for children under 12 years of age, provided they are accompanied by 2 adults.
8- Extra tours can only take place with a minimum of 20 participants. If there are fewer than 20 participants, they may not occur.
9- İzmir Travel Port has the right to make changes to hotels, provided they maintain the same standards.
10- İzmir Travel Port cannot specify which room you will stay in. Rooms are determined by the hotels you will be staying in.
11- Hotels, especially triple rooms, may not have standard beds for the third bed. An extra bed may be provided.
12- Mandatory travel insurance is provided during our tours. Presentation of date of birth and T.C. identity number is mandatory. Our agency is not obligated to verify this information.
13- Our agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made, despite being mentioned in the tour program, due to unforeseeable reasons (weather, road conditions, congestion at visited sites, etc.) or because participants do not comply with the times set by our guide.
14- Our guide reserves the right to make any changes in the program if deemed necessary.
15- During busy periods such as holidays, accommodations may take place in different hotels than those specified on the site, and the group may have to be split. In Black Sea tours, participants may stay at 2 separate hotels depending on the capacity of the mountain facilities. Because buses may not be able to go up the mountain, minibusses may be used. In this case, it is recommended to have a small bag for your belongings. The fees for going up the mountain are your responsibility, and our agency has no commercial connection.
16- In discussions, verbal statements will not be considered valid. The details written in the tour program and your requests made via email will be considered.
17- Participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted this information, which is stated in the package tour contract, and consumers are obligated to follow updates to the website. The website and package tour contract are an inseparable part.
18- Accommodations during special and busy periods such as the summer season, religious and national holidays may take place in neighboring provinces of the specified area.
19- Seasonal changes, road works, weather conditions, dissatisfaction with services from prior accommodations may lead to changes in the tour program and contents on the İzmir Travel Port website. The most recently published circular supersedes the previous one.
20- İzmir Travel Port acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa if deemed necessary. Our agency has no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa, delay in the visa, or for receiving a single-entry visa.
21- In the event that the consulate does not issue a visa, the fees paid for the visa, insurance, and tour will not be refunded.
