Breakfast, guidance, including environmental trips

• Our agency is responsible for all tour packages specified in this program.
• Museum cards can be obtained during the tour in the areas where they are needed. The fee for the Museum Card is 60TL. The student Museum Card fee is 30TL. The Museum Card provides free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year. If the Museum Card cannot be obtained, entry can be made using the application.
• If the minimum number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 2 (two) days in advance. In case of tour cancellation, the fee paid will be refunded to the participant in the same manner it was paid.
• Participants are dropped off at the point where they board the vehicle. No additional stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different locations. Our agency reserves the right to make changes due to weather, road conditions, and extraordinary circumstances.
• Our agency may make changes to or cancel the program if deemed necessary. (Additions or deletions can be made to the sites to be visited on the tour route.)
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is made from front to back according to the order of registration.
• We recommend bringing clothing and shoes suitable for weather conditions and walking.
• Our agency is not responsible for changes in the prices of extra paid activities in the regions during special periods. We present you with the best prices available from local companies.
• Our agency is not responsible for any items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
• Tours or trips that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• Child discounts are valid for children who have not reached the age of 11, provided they stay with 2 adults.
• Accommodations in programs with overnight stays are made in at least 3* or 4* hotels. Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. Presentation of date of birth and T.R. identity number is required. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information. The consumer is obliged to provide accurate information.
• Our agency is not responsible for tours that could not be conducted despite being specified in the program due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, congestion at visited places, etc.) or due to guests not adhering to the times set by our guide.
• Our guide has the right to make any changes in the program when deemed necessary.
• It is strongly requested that you review your reservation document sent to your email after the reservation.
• The terms of the Cancellation Refund Assignment Agreement apply to programs that the participant wants to cancel or assign.
• If you purchase a Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package, you have the right to refund up to 48 hours in advance.
