1- Participants will be dropped off at the point where they board the vehicle. Additionally, no stopping or passenger drop-off will be made at different locations. The starting and ending times of our tours may not coincide with public transport schedules. We advise you to plan all your arrangements accordingly. The times written on the site are entirely for informational purposes, and the exact meeting time and location will be sent to you via SMS or Whatsapp by the guide before the tour. If this information does not reach you before the tour, please contact our office.
2- Our agency reserves the right to make changes to the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary situations.
3- Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
4- Our tours are organized based on the number of participants; the vehicle for the tour will not be communicated in advance to the participant.
5- Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these tours.
6- If the number of participants does not reach the sufficient amount for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notification is given at least 1 day in advance.
7- Child discounts apply only for child participants under the age of 12, provided they stay with 2 adults.
8- Extra tours may only take place if there is a minimum of 20 participants. If there are fewer than 20, they may not take place.
9- İzmir Travel Port reserves the right to change hotels as long as they maintain the same standards.
10- İzmir Travel Port does not have the capability to determine which room you will stay in. The hotels dictate the rooms.
11- In hotels, especially in triple rooms, the 3rd bed may not be a standard bed. A fold-out bed may be provided.
12- Compulsory travel insurance is included in our tours. Presentation of date of birth and T.C. identity number is mandatory. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information.
13- Our agency is not responsible for tours specified in the program that could not be conducted due to unpredictable reasons (weather, road, crowding at sites, etc.) or due to guests not adhering to the times set by the guide.
14- Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program when deemed necessary.
15- During periods of high traffic such as holidays, accommodations may be made in hotels other than those listed on the site, and group accommodations may be split. In Black Sea tours, you may stay in 2 different hotels according to the capacity of the plateau facilities. Because the bus may not be able to go up the plateau, minibuses may be used. In this case, it is recommended to keep a small bag for your belongings. Costs for exiting the plateau are your responsibility; our agency has no commercial connection to this.
16- In discussions, verbal statements will not be taken as a basis. The details written in the tour program and your requests via email will be taken as the basis.
17- Participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted this information, which is specified in the package tour contract, and consumers are responsible for following updates on the website. The website and the package tour contract are an inseparable part.
18- During special and busy periods such as the summer season, religious and national holidays, accommodations may occur in neighboring provinces of the designated area.
19- Due to seasonal changes, road works, weather conditions, and hotel dissatisfaction related to the services provided before your service, changes may be made to the tour program on the İzmir Travel Port website. The latest published circular invalidates the previous one.
20- İzmir Travel Port acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary. İzmir Travel Port has no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa, the visa not being received in time, or obtaining a single-entry visa.
21- In the event that the consulate does not grant a visa, fees already paid for the visa, insurance, and tour will not be refunded.
