Important Note: Vehicle sizes are arranged according to the number of participants. It may be a Minibus - Midi-bus - or Bus.

RESERVATION OPTIONS

• Our agency is responsible for all sightseeing tours mentioned in this program.
• Museum cards, when needed for certain tours, can be obtained from local areas during the trip. The fee for the museum card is 60TL. The student museum card fee is 30TL. The museum card allows free admission to all museums in Turkey for one year. In case the museum card cannot be obtained, entry can be made via the application.
• If the minimum number of participants is not reached for the tour to be carried out, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 2 (two) days in advance. In the event of tour cancellation, the fee paid will be refunded to the participant in the same manner it was paid.
• Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. Additionally, stops/ passenger drop-offs at different points will not be made. The agency reserves the right to make changes due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.
• Our agency may make changes to the program if deemed necessary and can cancel it. (additions or removals can be made to the places to be visited on the tour route)
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is made from front to back according to the ORDER OF REGISTRATION.
• We recommend that you bring clothing and shoes suitable for weather conditions and walking.
• Our agency is not responsible for changes in prices of extra activities in the areas during special holiday periods. We present you with the best prices available from local companies.
• Our agency is absolutely not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
• Tours that are not allowed to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• Child discounts apply to participants under the age of 11, provided they stay with 2 adults.
• Accommodations in programs with overnight stays are made in hotels of at least 3* or 4*. Our agency reserves the right to make changes at hotels with similar standards.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided during our tours. Presentation of date of birth and Turkish ID number is mandatory. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information. The consumer is obliged to provide correct information.
• Our agency is not responsible for the tours that could not be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, crowd at the visit sites, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the times set by our guide, even though they are stated in the tour program.
• Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program when deemed necessary.
• Please carefully review your reservation document sent to your email after the reservation.
• In cases where the participant wishes to cancel or transfer the program, the terms of the Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer contract apply.
• In purchasing the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package, you have the right to refund until 48 hours in advance.
