All reservations are made based on these details, and in the event of any cancellations or changes, any applicable penalties will be charged to the individuals. - This tour, which lasts for 7 nights and 8 days, includes accommodations in 4-star hotels. The distance of the hotels from the city center is a maximum of 5-25 km. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further away than indicated locations. In such cases, the agency will inform you 15 days prior to the tour departure date. - Breakfasts served in the hotel are in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a continental breakfast that includes butter, jam (marmalade), bread, tea, coffee, and soft drinks. Depending on hotel capacity, group breakfasts may be served in separate halls. - For group reservations of 10 people or more, it is mandatory to purchase extra package tours at the time of reservation. - There are no hot/cold drinks and snacks provided during the tour. However, they are available for sale by the driver and assistant inside the vehicle. - The child price is valid for children under 12 years old, provided they stay in the same room with two adults. In a triple room, the 3rd bed is an extra bed and may not have the same comfort as the other two beds. - In extra tours, children aged 0-4 receive a 50% discount. - Triple rooms are subject to availability at the hotels, and the bed provided for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Since the extra beds are foldable, participants in triple room reservations acknowledge the potential tightness and bed types in the rooms. - Our agency reserves the right to change the tour itinerary, provided the content remains the same. City tours may be conducted on the following day depending on the time of arrival in the city. - Hotel names are provided as "and similar." The information about the hotel where you will be staying will be given 2-3 days before the tour departure. - Panoramic city tours are designed for general presentations of the cities and do not include museum and site entries, either without getting off the vehicle or by walking, depending on the city's layout. - Our agency is not responsible for tours that do not take place at the same time and date due to reasons outside of our agency (road closures, weather conditions, lack of permission from local authorities for entry and visits, density at border crossings, etc.). Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot in locations where vehicle access is restricted. - Extra tour prices have been determined based on a minimum participation of 10 people. Therefore, if the required number of participants is not met, tours may not be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, vehicles, and the number of participants may vary. - Participation in extra tours is at the discretion of the participant. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours organized along the route agree to wait at a rest facility determined by the guide. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the start of the extra tour and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. - Guests who have purchased one of the advantageous extra tour packages and do not participate in any tour (even for special reasons) will have the refund calculated based on the non-discounted price, and there will be no right to refunds for tours requiring reservations for boats, meals, nighttime shows, and entry fees. - Unless explicitly stated, museum entries for extra tours are not included in the prices. Increases made by the government of the destination country will be reflected in the extra tour prices. - The right to use the bus, except for panoramic city tours and inter-country transfers, belongs to guests who purchase extra tours. - To avoid problems during your international departures and arrivals, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the end of travel. Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport who have passports issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may be denied entry into the destination country or their flights may not be conducted by the airline company from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility rests with the passenger. - Our agency acts only as an intermediary between our clients and the consulate and bears no responsibility, including situations where the visa is not approved or not received for any reason, and this does not create a right to compensation. In case of cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable regardless of the timing. - The visa must be obtained from the consulate of the country where the longest stay will occur. Our agency is not responsible for any refusal of entry by passport police. - To ensure hassle-free entry to the country being visited, the passport used for obtaining the visa or the passport used for departure must not be torn, worn out, wet, or damaged in any manner. Otherwise, the passport police have the right to deny you entry to the country, and our agency cannot be held responsible for this. - Please ensure that you have taken all your belongings before leaving the vehicles and hotels during your trip; otherwise, our agency or other service providers (local agency, hotel, bus company, etc.) cannot be held responsible for lost items. - In cases where unaccompanied minors travel without one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the required consent forms during the trip. - Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour/change the date provided that it informs its guests. In programs with insufficient participation, the agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with prior notice. In case of cancellation, our agency must inform you personally. There is no right to compensation as this is a legal process. - Persons who have registered for the travel programs are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
