NOTE: Our arrival time in Izmir may be later than planned due to road congestion, traffic, fog, and weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend planning your return and flight tickets for the following day.

RESERVATION OPTIONS

• Our agency is responsible for all tours mentioned in this program.
• For tours that require a Museum Card, it can be obtained from the regions during the trip. The fee for the Museum Card is 60 TL. The student Museum Card fee is 30 TL. The Museum Card provides free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year. If the Museum Card cannot be obtained, entry can be made using the application.
• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 2 (two) days in advance. In case of cancellation, the fee paid will be refunded to the participant in the same manner it was paid.
• Participants will be dropped off at the point they boarded the vehicle. No additional stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different locations. Our agency reserves the right to make changes to tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.
• Our agency may make alterations or CANCEL the program if deemed necessary (changes may be made to the sites to be visited along the tour route).
• Seating arrangement in the vehicle is determined by REGISTRATION PRIORITY, from front to back.
• We recommend bringing clothing and footwear suitable for weather conditions and walking.
• Our agency is not responsible for changes in the prices of extra paid activities in the region during special period dates. We offer the best prices available from local firms.
• Our agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items during the tour.
• Tours or trips that are prohibited by local authorities from being visited will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of these tours.
• Child discounts are applicable for child participants under the age of 11, provided they are staying with 2 adults.
• In accommodation programs, stays are made in hotels of at least 3* or 4* quality. Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. Presentation of date of birth and ID number is required. Our agency is not responsible for verifying this information. The consumer is required to provide accurate information.
• Our agency is not responsible for tours that could not be completed due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road, overcrowding at sites, etc.) or for failure of the guests to comply with the times set by our guide, even if stated in the tour program.
• Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program if deemed necessary.
• It is strongly recommended to check the reservation confirmation document sent to your email after booking.
• The terms of the Cancellation Refund Transfer agreement apply to programs that participants wish to cancel or transfer.
• In case of purchasing the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package, you have the right to refund up to 48 hours before.
