There is no breakfast break.

Food entry to the boat is allowed. Drink entry is prohibited.

Single male entry is not allowed.

Our agency is responsible for all tour trips mentioned in this program.

Seat numbering is arranged according to the order of registration.

If the minimum number of participants for the tour is not reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notification is given at least 1 (one) day in advance. In the event of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded to the participant in the manner it was paid.

Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. Additionally, there will be no stops for dropping off/passengers at different locations. Our agency reserves the right to make changes in tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.

Our agency is not responsible for any items that are forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.

Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these excursions or tours.

Mandatory travel insurance is provided on our tours. Presentation of date of birth and T.C. identity number is mandatory. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information. Due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road conditions, crowding at visited locations, etc.) or failure of guests to comply with the times set by our guide, our agency is not responsible for excursions that cannot be conducted despite being mentioned in the tour program.

Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program as deemed necessary.
