NOTE: Due to road congestion, traffic, fog, and weather conditions, our arrival time in İzmir may be later than planned. Therefore, we recommend that you arrange your return tickets and flight tickets for the next day.

RESERVATION OPTIONS

• Our agency is responsible for all tours mentioned in this program.
• Museum cards are required for certain tours and can be obtained from the regions during the tour. The fee for a museum card is 60TL. The student museum card fee is 30TL. The museum card provides free entrance to all museums in Turkey for one year. If the museum card cannot be obtained, entry can be done via an application.
• In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be carried out, our agency has the right to cancel the tour with a minimum of 2 (two) days' notice. In cases of tour cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded to the participant in the manner it was paid.
• Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No additional stops for drop-off/pick-up at different locations will be made. Our agency reserves the right to make changes to the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.
• Our agency may make changes to the program if deemed necessary or cancel it. (Additions or removals may be made to the places to be visited in the tour route.)
• Seating arrangements in the vehicle are made based on the ORDER OF REGISTRATION and from front to back.
• We recommend that you bring clothing and footwear suitable for weather conditions and walking.
• Our agency is not responsible for changes in the prices of additional paid activities in the regions during special periods. We present you with the most suitable prices available from local companies.
• Our agency is not responsible for belongings that are forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
• Tours or sightseeing that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these tours.
• Child discounts apply for participants under the age of 11, provided they share accommodation with 2 adults.
• In accommodation programs, stays are made in hotels of at least 3* or 4* standards. Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they maintain the same standards.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. It is mandatory to present the date of birth and ID number. Our agency is not obligated to verify this information. The consumer is required to provide accurate information.
• Our agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be completed due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, crowding at visitor sites, etc.) or for guests not adhering to the times set by our guide, even if they are included in the tour program.
• Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program when deemed necessary.
• It is highly recommended to check the reservation document sent to your email after your reservation.
• The provisions of the Cancellation, Refund and Transfer agreement apply to programs that the participant wishes to cancel or transfer.
• If you purchase a Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package, you have the right to refund up to 48 hours before.
