NOTE: Our arrival time in İzmir may be later than planned due to road congestion, traffic, fog, and weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend making your return ticket and flight plans for the following day.

Important Note: Vehicle sizes are arranged according to the number of participants. It can be a minibus - midi bus - or bus.

• RESERVATION OPTIONS
• Our agency is responsible for all the tour trips indicated in this program.
• For tours requiring a Museum Card, the Museum Card can be obtained from regions during the trip. The fee for the Museum Card is 60 TL. The student Museum Card fee is 30 TL. The Museum Card provides free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year. If the Museum Card cannot be obtained, entry can be made via an application.
• Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants is not reached, provided that notification is given at least 2 (two) days in advance. In the event of tour cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded in the same manner it was paid.
• Participants will be left at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No additional stops for dropping off or picking up passengers will be made at different points. Our agency reserves the right to make changes to the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary conditions.
• Our agency may make changes to or CANCEL the program if deemed necessary (additions or removals to the places to be visited along the tour route may be made).
• Seating arrangements in the vehicle are made from front to back according to the ORDER OF REGISTRATION.
• We recommend you bring clothes and shoes suitable for Weather Conditions and Walking.
• Our agency is not responsible for changes in prices of extra paid activities in regions during special period dates. We present you with the most favorable prices available from regional companies.
• Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
• Tours or trips not allowed by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• Child discounts are valid for children under the age of 11, provided they are staying with 2 adults.
• Accommodations in programs with overnight stays are made in hotels of at least 3* or 4* category. Our agency reserves the right to change hotels with the same standards.
• Compulsory travel insurance is made for our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number must be presented. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information. The consumer is obliged to provide accurate information.
• Our agency is not responsible for visits that cannot be made, although it is stated in the tour program, due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, visitor density at visit sites, etc.) or because guests do not comply with the times specified by our guide.
• Our guide has the right to make any necessary changes to the program.
• It is strongly recommended to review the reservation document sent to your email after reservation.
• For programs that the participant wishes to cancel or transfer, the terms of the Cancellation Refund Transfer Agreement apply.
• In the case of purchasing a Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package, you have the right to refund up to 48 hours in advance.
