NOTE: Our arrival time in Izmir may be later than planned due to traffic density, fog, and weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you plan your return ticket and flight ticket for the following day.

• RESERVATION OPTIONS
• Our agency is responsible for all sightseeing tours specified in this program.
• For tours that require a Museum Card, it can be obtained from the regions during the tour. The fee for the Museum Card is 60TL. The fee for the student Museum Card is 30TL. The Museum Card allows free entry to all museums in Turkey for 1 year. If the Museum Card cannot be obtained, entry can be made via an application.
• If the required number of participants for the tour is not reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with a notice at least 2 (two) days in advance. In the event of tour cancellation, the fee paid will be refunded to the participant in the form it was paid.
• Participants will be dropped off at the point where they board the vehicle. Additionally, there will be no stops/departures at different points. Our agency reserves the right to make changes due to weather, road, and extraordinary situations during the tours.
• Our agency has the right to make changes or CANCEL the program if deemed necessary (additions or subtractions can be made in the places to be visited in the tour route).
• Seating arrangement in the vehicle is done based on REGISTRATION PRIORITY and in order from front to back.
• We recommend that you bring clothing and shoes suitable for weather conditions and walking.
• Our agency is not responsible for changes in the prices of extra paid activities in the regions during special period dates. We offer you the best prices available from local companies.
• Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
• Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not take place. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these tours.
• Child discounts apply only for participants under 11 years of age, provided they stay with 2 adults.
• Accommodation in programs with accommodation is provided in at least 3* or 4* hotels. Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
• Compulsory travel insurance is provided on our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number must be presented. Our agency is not responsible for verifying this information. The consumer is obliged to provide accurate information.
• Our agency is not responsible for the tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road, density at visited places, etc.) or for guests not complying with the times set by our guide, even if they are specified in the tour program.
• Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program as he/she deems necessary.
• It is highly recommended to review your reservation document sent to your email after your reservation.
• The terms of the Cancellation Refund Transfer agreement apply to programs that the participant wishes to cancel or transfer.
• In the purchase of the Cancellation Refund Assurance Package, you have the right to a refund up to 48 hours in advance.
