NOTE: Arrival time in Izmir may be later than planned due to road congestion, traffic, fog, and weather conditions. Therefore, we suggest making your return ticket and flight ticket plans for the following day.

• Our agency is responsible for all sightseeing tours mentioned in this program.
• Museum cards, which are required for certain tours, can be obtained from the local areas during the trip. The fee for a museum card is 60 TL. The fee for a student museum card is 30 TL. The museum card allows free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year. In case of inability to obtain a museum card, entry can be done via an application.
• If the minimum number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency has the right to cancel the tour provided that notification is given at least 2 (two) days in advance. In the event of tour cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded to the participant in the same manner it was paid.
• Participants will be dropped off at the point they boarded the vehicle. Furthermore, no pickups/drop-offs will be made at different points. Our agency reserves the right to make changes to the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.
• Our agency may make changes or CANCEL the program as deemed necessary (additions or removals to the places to be visited in the tour route).
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is made from front to back according to the ORDER OF REGISTRATION.
• We recommend that you bring clothing and shoes suitable for the weather conditions and walking.
• Our agency is not responsible for changes in the prices of extra paid activities in local areas during special periods. We offer you the best prices available from local firms.
• Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
• Tours or trips that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• Child discounts are valid for participants who are under 11 years old, provided they are staying with 2 adults.
• The accommodations in packages with overnight stays are provided in hotels of at least 3* or 4* standard. Our agency reserves the right to make changes in hotels as long as they are of the same standard.
• Travel insurance is mandatory in our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number must be provided. Our agency is not obligated to verify this information. The consumer is obligated to provide accurate information.
• Our agency is not responsible for tours that could not be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, crowding at visiting sites, etc.) or for participants failing to comply with the times set by our guide, even if these were indicated in the tour program.
• Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program as deemed necessary.
• It is strongly recommended to review your reservation document sent to your email after the reservation.
• The terms of the Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Agreement apply for programs that the participant wishes to cancel or transfer.
• If a Cancellation Refund Assurance Package is purchased, you have the right to a refund up to 48 hours in advance.
