NOTE: Our arrival time in İzmir may be later than planned due to road congestion, traffic, fog, and weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend planning your return tickets and flight tickets for the next day.

Important Note: Vehicle sizes will be arranged according to the number of participants. It can be a minibus, midibus, or bus.

RESERVATION OPTIONS

• Our agency is responsible for all tour activities mentioned in this program.
• For tours requiring a Museum Card, it can be obtained from areas during the trip. The cost of the Museum Card is 60 TL. The student museum card costs 30 TL. The Museum Card allows free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year. If the Museum Card cannot be obtained, entry can be made through an application.
• If the number of participants is not sufficient to carry out the tour, our agency has the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 (two) days' notice. In case of cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded to the participant in the same form it was paid.
• Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. Additionally, there will be no stops or drop-offs at different points. Our agency reserves the right to make changes to the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary situations.
• Our agency may make changes or CANCEL the program if deemed necessary. (Additions or removals can be made at places to be visited on the tour route),
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is made from front to back according to the priority and order of registration,
• We advise you to bring clothing and shoes suitable for Weather Conditions and Walking,
• Our agency is not responsible for changes in prices of extra activities in areas during special period dates. We provide you with the best available prices from local companies.
• Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
• Tours or trips for which permission is not granted by local authorities for any reason are not conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.
• Child discounts apply for children under the age of 11, provided they stay with 2 adults.
• Accommodations in programs with overnight stays are made in at least 3* or 4* hotels. Our agency reserves the right to make changes in hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
• Compulsory travel insurance is provided on our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number submission is mandatory. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information. The consumer is obliged to provide accurate information.
• Our agency is not responsible for tours that could not be conducted despite being mentioned in the program due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, congestion at attractions, etc.) or due to guests not adhering to the times set by our guide.
• Our guide has the right to make all kinds of changes in the program if deemed necessary.
• It is strongly recommended that you review your reservation document sent to your email after making the reservation.
• In programs that participants wish to cancel or transfer, the provisions of the Cancellation Refund Transfer agreement apply.
• You have a refund right until 48 hours before if you purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package.
