Our agency is responsible for all tour packages specified in this program.

Seat numbering is arranged according to the order of registration.

A reminder message will be sent 24 hours before the tour program for informational purposes. If you have not received the message, please contact our agency to report this situation. Our agency cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from communication deficiencies.

Due to heavy traffic in tourism areas during special days such as holidays, New Year, and mid-term breaks, changes or omissions may occur in the travel routes. Our agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.

If the number of participants required for the tour is not reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that at least 2 (two) days notice is given.

In case of tour cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded to the participant in the manner it was paid.

For tours requiring a Müzekart, it can be obtained during the trip. The Müzekart allows free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year.

Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. Additionally, no stops for drop-offs/pick-ups are made at different locations.

Our agency reserves the right to make changes due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.

Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.

Tours or trips for which local authorities do not grant permission for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.

Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. Presentation of date of birth and national ID number is mandatory. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information.

Our agency is not responsible for missed tours specified in the program due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, road conditions, congestion at visitation sites) or for participants not adhering to the times determined by our guide.

Our guide reserves the right to make any changes to the program as deemed necessary.

It is strongly advised that you review the reservation document sent to your email after reservation.

In cancellation or transfer requests by the participant, the terms of the Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Agreement are applicable.

In the purchase of the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package, you have the right to a refund up to 48 hours in advance.
