Our agency is responsible for all trips specified in this program.

For tours requiring a Museum Card, the card can be obtained from local vendors during the trip. The Museum Card provides free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year.

A reminder message will be sent 24 hours prior to the tour program information. If you do not receive this message, please contact our agency to report this issue. Our agency cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from a lack of communication.

During special days such as holidays, New Year's, and mid-terms, changes or deficiencies may occur along the travel routes due to heavy traffic in tourism areas. In this case, our agency cannot be held responsible.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with a notice of at least 2 (two) days in advance. In the event of a tour cancellation, any fees paid will be refunded to the participant in the manner they were paid.

Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. Additionally, no stops for passenger drop-off or pick-up at different points will be made. Our agency reserves the right to make changes to the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary situations.

Our agency is not responsible for price changes of extra paid activities in the regions during special periods. We provide you with the best prices available from local businesses.

Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.

Tours or visits to places that local authorities do not permit for any reason are not conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these tours.

Child discounts apply to participants under 11 years of age, provided they stay with 2 adults.

Compulsory travel insurance is provided for our tours. It is mandatory to present date of birth and Turkish Identity Number. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information. The consumer is obliged to provide accurate information.

Our agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road conditions, congestion at sightseeing locations, etc.) or if guests fail to adhere to the times determined by our guide, even if these are indicated in the tour program.

Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program as deemed necessary.

It is highly recommended to review your reservation document sent to your email after booking.

For programs that participants wish to cancel or transfer, the terms of the Cancellation Refund Transfer agreement apply.

You have the right to cancel up to 48 hours prior to the purchase of the Cancellation Refund Assurance Package.

Hat and sunglasses, sunscreen, swimsuit, bikini, towel, flip-flops, and comfortable clothes help protect you from the sun, making your tour more comfortable.
