• Our agency is responsible for all tour packages stated in this program.
• Seat numbering is arranged according to the order of registration.
• If the required minimum number of participants for the tour is not reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 2 (two) days in advance. In the event of tour cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded to the participant in the same manner it was paid.
• Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. Additionally, no stops/guest drop-offs will be made at different locations. Our agency reserves the right to make changes due to weather, road conditions, and extraordinary circumstances.
• Our agency is not responsible for items that are forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
• No tours or excursions will be conducted if local authorities do not permit the visit for any reason. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number must be presented. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information. Our agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road conditions, crowding at visitor sites, etc.) or due to participants not adhering to the times set by our guide, even if they are specified in the tour program.
