1- Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. Additionally, no stops/pick-ups will be made at different locations. The start and end times of our tours may not coincide with public transportation schedules. We recommend you plan accordingly. The times listed on the site are for informational purposes only; the exact meeting time and location will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp before the tour. If this information does not arrive before the tour, please contact our office. 2- Our agency reserves the right to make changes to tours due to weather, road conditions, and extraordinary situations. 3- Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour. 4- The vehicles for our tours are procured according to the number of participants. Participants will not be informed in advance about the vehicle that will be used for the tour. 5- Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited/held by local authorities for any reason will not take place. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. 6- Our agency has the right to cancel the tour, provided that at least one day’s notice is given if the minimum number of participants is not reached. 7- Child discounts are valid for child participants under 12 years of age, provided they are accompanied by 2 adults. 8- Extra tours can only take place if there are a minimum of 20 participants. If there are not 20 participants, the tour may not take place. 9- İzmir Travel Port has the right to change hotels, provided that they maintain the same standards. 10- İzmir Travel Port cannot determine which room you will stay in. The hotels will determine the rooms. 11- In hotels, especially in triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable bed may be provided. 12- Mandatory travel insurance is provided during our tours. A date of birth and Turkish ID number must be presented. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information. 13- Our agency is not responsible for tours that could not be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road, crowding at visited sites, etc.) or because guests fail to comply with the times set by our guide, even if these tours are indicated in the tour program. 14- Our guide has the right to make any necessary changes to the program as they see fit. 15- During periods of high demand, such as holidays, accommodation may be made in hotels different from those stated on the site, and groups may be split. In Black Sea tours, due to the capacity of plateau facilities, it may be possible to stay in 2 separate hotels. Since the bus may not be able to reach the plateau, minibuses may be used. In this case, it is recommended to have a small bag for your belongings. The costs of heading to the plateau are your responsibility; our agency has no commercial connection. 16- Verbal statements during discussions will not be considered valid. The details stated in the tour program and your requests via email will be upheld. 17- Participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted this information as written in the package tour contract, and it is the consumer's responsibility to follow updates on the website. The website and the package tour agreement are inseparable parts. 18- During special and busy periods such as the summer season, religious and national holidays, accommodations may take place in surrounding provinces of the designated area. 19- Seasonal changes, road works, weather conditions, and dissatisfaction with services from previous services may result in changes in the content of the tour program listed on the İzmir Travel Port website. The most recently published circular supersedes the previous one. 20- İzmir Travel Port acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny a visa if deemed necessary. İzmir Travel Port has no responsibility for passengers not obtaining a visa, the visa not arriving on time, or receiving a single-entry visa. 21- If the consulate denies the visa, the visa, insurance, and tour fees paid are non-refundable. 22- Participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted this information as per the package tour management service contract, and it is their responsibility to follow updates on the website. The website and the package tour agreement are inseparable parts.

Having comfortable shoes on your feet throughout the trip makes your walks more enjoyable. We recommend bringing swimwear, towel, flip-flops, and comfortable clothes. A hat and sunglasses will help protect you from the sun, making your sightseeing more comfortable during the tour.
