NOTE: The arrival time in İzmir may be later than planned due to traffic, fog, and weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you arrange your return tickets and flight plans for the next day.

• RESERVATION OPTIONS
• The agency is responsible for all tours mentioned in this program.
• For tours requiring a Museum Card, the card can be obtained from the regions during the tour. The Museum Card fee is 60 TL. The student Museum Card fee is 30 TL. The Museum Card provides free admission to all museums in Turkey for one year. If the Museum Card cannot be obtained, entry can be made through the application.
• The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour if the number of participants does not reach the required minimum, provided that notice is given at least 2 (two) days in advance. In case of cancellation of the tour, the paid fee will be refunded to the participant in the same form it was paid.
• Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. There will be no additional stops for passenger drop-off at different locations. The agency reserves the right to make changes due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.
• The agency may make changes or CANCELLATIONS to the program as deemed necessary (there may be additions or removals to the places to be visited on the tour).
• Seating arrangement in the vehicle is done from front to back based on REGISTRATION PRIORITY and order.
• We recommend that you bring clothing and shoes suitable for weather conditions and walking.
• The agency is not responsible for changes in prices of additional paid activities in the region during peak holiday times. We strive to offer you the best prices available from local firms.
• The agency is not responsible for any belongings that are forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
• Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not take place. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.
• Child discounts apply to participants under the age of 11, provided they stay with 2 adults.
• Accommodations in programs with overnight stays are held in hotels of at least 3* or 4* standards. The agency reserves the right to make changes to the hotels as long as they maintain the same standards.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. Date of birth and ID number submission are required. The agency is not obliged to verify this information. The consumer is required to provide accurate information.
• The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road conditions, congestion at visiting sites, etc.) or due to participants not adhering to the times set by the guide, even if they are indicated in the tour program.
• The guide reserves the right to make any changes to the program as necessary.
• It is highly recommended to review your reservation document sent to your email address after making the reservation.
• In programs that the participant wishes to cancel or transfer, the terms of the Cancellation Refund Transfer agreement apply.
• If you purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package, you have the right to refund up to 48 hours in advance.
