1- Participants will be dropped off at the point where they board the vehicle. Additionally, there will be no stopping/picking up passengers at different locations. The start and end times of our tours may not coincide with public transport schedules. We recommend that you make all your plans accordingly. The times written on the site are purely for informational purposes, and the exact meeting time and location will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp before the tour, based on the guide's information. The type of vehicle for the tour will not be communicated to the participants in advance. 5- Tours that are not permitted to visit for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. 6- If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notification is given at least one day in advance. 7- Child discounts are valid for participants under the age of 12, provided they stay with two adults. 8- Extra tours can only take place if there is a minimum of 20 people. If there are not 20 people, they may not take place. 9- İzmir Travel Port reserves the right to change hotels, provided that the same standards are maintained. 10- İzmir Travel Port does not have the ability to determine which room you will stay in. Hotels determine the rooms. 11- Especially in triple rooms in hotels, the 3rd bed may not be a standard bed. A folding bed may be provided. 12- Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. It is required to present the date of birth and ID number. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information. 13- Our agency is not responsible for tours that could not be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, roads, crowding at visited sites, etc.) or due to guests not complying with the times set by our guide, even if these were included in the tour program. 14- Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program if deemed necessary. 15- During periods of high demand, such as holidays, accommodations may take place in different hotels than those specified on the site, and groups may be split. For Black Sea tours, depending on the capacity of the plateau facilities, two separate hotels may be used. Since buses may not be able to reach the plateau, minibuses may be used instead. In this case, it is advisable to have a small bag for your belongings. Costs for accessing the plateau are your responsibility; our agency has no commercial connection to this. 16- Oral statements made during discussions will not be taken into consideration. The latest published circular invalidates the previous one. 20- İzmir Travel Port acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny the visa if deemed necessary.
