Museum and Archaeological Site Entrance Fees
Having a comfortable pair of shoes during your trip makes your walks more enjoyable. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
1- Participants will be dropped off at the location where they board the vehicle. Additionally, there will be no stops or passenger drop-offs at different points. The start and end times of our tours may not coincide with public transport schedules. We advise you to make all your plans accordingly. The times stated on the site are purely for informational purposes, and the exact meeting time and location will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp by the guide prior to the tour. If you do not receive this information before the tour, please contact our office.
2- Our agency reserves the right to make changes to the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.
3- Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
4- Vehicles for our tours are provided based on the number of participants. Participants will not be informed in advance about the vehicle that will come to the tour.
5- Tours or trips which are not permitted to be visited for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to organize these trips or tours.
6- Our agency has the right to cancel the tour by notifying at least 1 day in advance if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
7- Child discounts are valid for child participants under 12 years of age, provided they are staying with 2 adults.
8- Extra tours can take place only if there are a minimum of 20 people. If there are less than 20 people, it may not occur.
9- İzmir Travel Port reserves the right to make changes to hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
10- İzmir Travel Port does not have the authority to determine which room you will stay in. Hotels assign the rooms.
11- In hotels, especially in triple rooms, the 3rd bed may not be a standard bed. A folding bed may be provided.
12- Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. Date of birth and ID number must be presented. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information.
13- Our agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather, roads, crowding at tourist sites, etc.) or due to guests not adhering to the times set by our guide, even if they are specified in the tour program.
14- Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program as deemed necessary.
15- During busy periods such as public holidays, accommodations may be in different hotels than those specified on the site and may be split among groups. In Black Sea tours, accommodations may take place in 2 different hotels depending on the capacity of the plateau facilities. Minibuses may be used to reach the plateau if buses cannot ascend. In this case, it is advisable to carry a small bag for your belongings. The fees for ascending the plateau are your responsibility, and our agency has no commercial connection with them.
16- Verbal statements made during discussions will not be considered. Details written in the tour program and your requests made via email will be considered.
17- Participants are deemed to have read and accepted this information as stated in the package tour contract, and it is the consumer's obligation to follow website updates. The website and the package tour contract are an inseparable part.
18- During special and busy periods such as the summer season, religious and national holidays, accommodations may take place in surrounding provinces of the specified area.
19- Seasonal changes, road works, weather conditions, and dissatisfaction with the service received prior to your service may result in changes to the contents of the tour program listed on the İzmir Travel Port website. The most recently published circular supersedes the previous one.
20- İzmir Travel Port acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visa issuance if deemed necessary. İzmir Travel Port bears no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa, delays in visa issuance, or obtaining a single entry visa.
21- If the consulate does not issue a visa, the paid visa, insurance, and tour fees will not be refunded.
22- Participants are deemed to have read and accepted this information as stated in the package tour regulation service contract, and it is the consumer's obligation to follow website updates. The website and the package tour contract are an inseparable part.
